Founded in 1990, ARC Automation, a division of Red Ball Oxygen, offers robot automation solutions for many market segments. Specializing in arc welding systems, we offer affordable turn-key solutions for thin gauge, through multi-pass heavy welding. Other areas in which we have proven success are: vision guidance, resistance welding, material handling, material removal and machine tending applications.

Our new automation technology center, located in Springdale, Arkansas contains a 1,000 square foot demo lab and equipment showroom, 4000 square feet of assembly area, and a training center employing the latest in virtual training technology. Combining the virtual classroom environment with hands-on practical experience insures that our customers receive the level of training necessary to take ownership of their automation purchase.

MEET OUR TEAM

Leading the automation operation is Randy Luster with over 22 years of robotic sales and integration experience. Randy possesses several certifications from the American Welding Society. Certified Welding Inspector-CWI, Certified Welding Educator-CWE and Certified Robotic Arc Welding Technician-CRAW-T.

Aaron Wright comes to us with a Master’s in education and brings to the team a level of welding knowledge that is unsurpassed in the industry. Aaron possesses AWS certification as a CWI, CWE, CRAW-T and certified welding supervisor- CWS.

Warren Hankammer is a degreed welding engineer and carries the CWI and CRAW-T certification from the AWS. Warren has an extensive background in both fixed and robotic automation.

Daniel Flores received his electrical and electronics background from the military and gained valuable experience while working as a field service technician for ABB and ESAB.

All members of the team are sustaining members of the American Welding Society.
