  • Bernard™ small AccuLock™ S nozzle is made of brass, has a 1/2 " bore and positions the tip at 1/8 " recess. Pair with AccuLock S contact tips, gas diffusers, liners, power pins and power caps.

  • Load and Lock for better productivity! Choosing equipment with fewer points of failure and simplified maintenance can reduce welder training and shorten your troubleshooting list. Nozzle stays in place during use / cleaning due to the steel retaining ring on the diffuser that helps to keep the threaded nozzle on the diffuser that helps to keep the threaded nozzle from loosening. Tapers lock consumables for excellent electrical conductivity.
